Quiks, Inc. partners with Dwolla to process ACH payments. Dwolla is committed to protecting client’s privacy and earning your trust. Please see Dwolla’s Privacy Policy for further details.

Quiks collects information from end users and passes it to Dwolla. All of our users also agree to Dwolla’s privacy policy before creating their accounts. The only additional information Dwolla collects on these end users is passed to Dwolla by another third party, like their identity verification provider. Dwolla itself doesn't independently collect any information on its users although it does store information that is passed through to them.

Dwolla is a completely US-based company that only markets its services in the US (and notably does not have any EU residents as customers or direct any of its marketing to the EU). Dwolla has taken some steps as best practices to ensure compliance with some aspects of GDPR but does not have any GDPR-specific language in its privacy policy at this time. Dwolla will, however, comply with all applicable law in handling end user data, including handling any requests to delete end user data.
